These terms govern use of PPL1 services provided by PPL1 Technologies LLC.

Fitness and health information

PPL1 provides fitness tracking, planning, educational information, calculations, organization tools and related software features. PPL1 is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical care.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding whether an exercise, nutrition choice, supplement, protocol or other activity is appropriate for you. Seek qualified professional guidance where appropriate.

Investigational substances

Peptide and related areas are provided for education, organization and user-entered tracking. PPL1 does not sell unapproved substances or choose or prescribe a compound or dose.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use PPL1 to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Accounts and subscriptions

If you create a PPL1 account, you may request deletion as described at Delete your PPL1 account. Opening that page does not submit a request. Google Play handles payment for any subscription. PPL1 does not receive your full card details. Deleting a PPL1 account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Changes

PPL1 may change features, these terms, or availability as the product develops. Material updates will be reflected by an updated effective date or in-product notice where appropriate.
