Opening this page does not submit a deletion request, and it does not mean a request has been received.
Account deletion is operator-assisted. PPL1 deletes account-linked server data after you send a request and, if asked, verify that the account is yours. Sending the email is not an instant automatic deletion.
If the version of PPL1 on your device includes an in-app delete control, you can start there. PPL1 still completes deletion of account-linked server data only after the request can be verified. This page does not, by itself, delete an account.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the app or account if you can. Confirm the email on the account. If you cannot sign in, you can still write from the email you used to create the account.
- Submit a deletion request. Email support@ppl1.app or privacy@ppl1.app. State that you want your PPL1 account deleted and include the account email. This page has no form, and visiting it does not send that email.
- Verify ownership if requested. PPL1 may reply to the account email or ask for another reasonable check before deleting the account.
- PPL1 deletes account-linked server data. After the request is verified, PPL1 deletes the server data linked to that account under the process in the Privacy Policy. Completion is done by PPL1. It is not automatic at the moment the page opens or the email is sent.
- Erase local device-only data yourself if it was not held on the server. Use the app’s local erase tools when the build includes them, Android Settings → Apps → PPL1 → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
What is deleted
- The PPL1 account and the email and account identifiers PPL1 stores for it.
- Other personal data PPL1 holds on its servers because it is linked to that account.
- Server copies of photos still held from an enabled Recipe Reader or Scan Meal request.
What can remain
- Records PPL1 must keep for a legal, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention duty. Those records stay only for that duty and only as long as the duty requires.
- Health and fitness data stored only on the device, including workouts, nutrition logs, pantry and meal plan, progress, Female Performance and cycle records, TRT and peptide records you entered, labs, Health Connect snapshots saved in the app, and local exports. Account deletion does not erase that device copy.
- Data that remains in Android Health Connect itself. Removing PPL1’s access or deleting a PPL1 account does not delete Health Connect’s own store.
- Google Play purchase and subscription records held by Google. Deleting a PPL1 account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that in Google Play.
- Lookups already sent to a separate service, such as Open Food Facts or Google Maps, under that service’s own policies.
