PPL1 is operated by PPL1 Technologies LLC and is in active development and testing. For beta access, technical problems, account questions, privacy requests, or product feedback, email support@ppl1.app. Privacy and account-deletion requests can also go to privacy@ppl1.app. Email delivery to both addresses has been verified.

Delete your account

Signed-in customers can request deletion of a PPL1 account from Delete your PPL1 account. Opening that page does not submit a request. Deletion of account-linked server data is operator-assisted.

When reporting a problem

Include the device model, Android version, PPL1 version if visible, the screen you were on, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if it is safe to share.

Health and medical questions

PPL1 is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. PPL1 support cannot provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication or peptide prescribing, or individualized medical advice.
